Sales Executive

Vizuäl, Inc., a strategic branding firm located in Herndon, VA, is looking for an experienced Sales Professional who has proven his/her ability to market high-end visual communication services, including print, Web & interactive media, branding, advertising and direct mail. We'd like a long-term team player who believes in his/her sales ability, is hardworking with tenacious tendencies, likes to have fun, can think creatively and strategically, and carries him/herself with professional sophistication. Experience:
- Macintosh literacy desired.
- 3+ years work experience as a salesperson, preferably in a creative services firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and experience in Adobe InDesign a plus.
Important Attributes:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in a services firm. Experience in an ad agency or design studio environment is a plus
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience in pricing projects a plus
- Existing relationships a plus
- Must like to have fun, be hard-working, have tenacious tendencies, and be a team player
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, cultivate, and gain clients who need high-end branding & design communications services.
- Define prospective client segments for us to pursue based on size, budget, need and fit.
- Pursue new clients through a variety of techniques, including cold-calling, networking, and marketing.
- Qualify incoming leads, existing clients, and all new opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships and strategic partnerships with prospective clients to ensure future consideration.
- Help develop marketing tools and tactics to communicate the benefits and value that we offer our clients.
