No. Va. Branding Firm Beefs Up
Herndon, Virginia, October 3, 2008 - One of the region's leading branding and strategy firms, Vizuäl, continues to grow to serve an expanding client base. Recently, the company announced several promotions and new hires that will allow it to provide creative and project management services to more clients, regionally and across the country.
Vizuäl's long-time Director of Business Development Chris Hall has moved into the role of VP for Business Development, allowing him to oversee more strategic initiatives for attracting new clients. "I'm happy to be taking on these new duties," says Hall. "I'm eager to expand the ways we reach out to and interact with new and existing clients."
Meanwhile, says firm Principal Jeff Lupisella, Vizuäl has hired two new professionals to provide closer connections with current and prospective clients.
Communication design veteran Kevin Taylor has recently joined the firm as Director of Client Services. Taylor, who originally trained as a graphic designer, has worked in a broad variety of marketing and management positions within some of the leading communication organizations in the region. A lifelong Northern Virginian, Taylor's duties will include advocating for clients and helping to coordinate creative services on their behalf.
New hire Samantha Lentz, meanwhile, will take over Hall's previous position. Lentz brings a unique combination of skills and insights to the task. Having worked as an IT consultant for five years, she has both a BFA and a BS in digital media. Currently pursuing an MBA in arts management, Lentz is looking forward to serving as a liaison between clients — including those in IT and other industries — and the branding strategy and design disciplines that are the firm's core offerings.
The various staff changes all point the way to significant new reach and capabilities for the firm, notes Lupisella. "We're very excited about these staffing developments. I think they will give us great opportunities to increase our level of energy and focus — not only in serving our existing clients, but also in building relationships with new clients as well."
