Fatima Amon : Graphic Designer
The
exotically-named Fatima is one of the most recent additions to Team Vizual.
This is her first design job, and she tells us she's excited
about it; for our part, we're happy to have her on board. As a 2008 graduate
from George Mason University with a degree in graphic design (she's hoping
to go back for her master's one fine day), Fatima helps with various
tasks, both creative and administrative. Outside of the office,
she enjoys traveling, digital photography, reading, and writing poetry. Fill

Joshua Douglas : Senior Designer
With a passion for designing with text and images, Josh is equally at home creating user interfaces for clients' websites. An admitted Anglophile, he enjoys the BBC, Doctor Who, BritPop, and dark beers from the Scepter'd Isle. When he's not soaking up all things British, Josh's favorite NPR programs are "This American Life," "Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!," and "All Things Considered." Chris Hall : Director, Business Development
As one of the most public faces of Vizual, Chris works to introduce the firm as a potential partner to new clients, identify opportunities for projects and prepare estimates. And if that's not enough to consume all his energy, he has completed several triathlons and is crazy enough to have signed up for a full-fledged Ironman next August. So how is it that Chris has also been to almost a dozen Jimmy Buffett shows? Adding to the conundrum that is Chris, the city of Austin, Texas holds a special place in his heart, while his favorite book is Lamb, by Christopher Moore. Direct a question to Chris!
Jeff Lupisella : Principal
As Vizual's chief strategist, consultant and creative director, Jeff's roles include setting the firm's big-picture direction and serving as senior account manager. An avid history buff, Jeff sometimes wishes he could travel back in time and experience significant moments and events of the past: but he's most happy spending time with family and friends in the here and now, and says that helping to raise two boys is the best 'design project' he could ever want. Sherry Lupisella : Finance Manager
Sherry keeps operations at Vizual humming on a number of fronts. In addition to managing the office and handling all its accounting functions, she oversees HR matters and assists in strategy development for the firm. Meanwhile, in her civilian life, Sherry enjoys cooking and being with her family. She also relishes traveling and, after soaking up sun last year on the beaches of St. Thomas, says her dream vacation is a trip to Italy. Jeff, are you listening? Email Sherry a note!
Christian Tizon : Developer, Interactive Services
Christian helps to create and optimize clients' presence on the Web. In addition to consulting with clients on their website preferences and needs, he also codes, develops and tests websites, and oversees website maintenance and updates. Christian enjoys photography and camping, boating and hiking... but at the same time, admits there are days when all he wants to do is stay inside and wear out his Xbox 360. Jamie Wilson : Project Manager
To ensure that clients get the creative services they need, Jamie wears many hats. In addition to keeping projects on schedule during development and production, she provides design, layout and illustration services, oversees vendor relations, and stays up-to-date on the latest visual communication trends and techniques. Jamie decorates her workspace with artwork and photos of her two beautiful little girls, and looks forward to returning to Switzerland one day—and also visiting the two continents still missing on her passport.
